Ingredients

  • 2 aubergines
  • Honey
  • Flour
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

Elaboration

Cut the aubergine into slices about 5mm thick, wash, drain and roll in flour.

Heat a fried pan with 3cm of olive oil (enough to cover the slices) and fry the slices until they are done (not too crisp).

Drain and serve, adding a pinch of salt and drizzle of honey.
